The approved work is completed with attention to containment, cleanup and clear communication throughout the project.

Have questions about your property or an upcoming project?

STEP 01

Contact & Initial Conversation

Every project starts with a conversation. You tell us about the property, what you’ve discovered and the work you’re planning. We listen carefully and ask questions to understand the full picture.
This is also your opportunity to ask us about our experience, licensing, insurance and how we approach asbestos, mold and demolition projects.
STEP 02

Property Evaluation & Estimate

We schedule a time to visit the property and assess the conditions in person. Our team inspects the affected areas, discusses your goals and identifies any additional considerations.
After the evaluation, we provide a clear, detailed estimate that outlines the scope of work, timeline and cost. There’s no pressure — we want you to feel confident before moving forward.
STEP 03

Project Planning & Scheduling

Once the estimate is approved, we work with you to schedule the project at a time that fits your needs. We coordinate access, arrange any necessary permits and prepare the work area.
We also communicate with any contractors, architects or property managers involved, ensuring everyone is aligned on the timeline and expectations.
STEP 04

Controlled Completion & Walkthrough

Our team carries out the approved work with attention to containment, safety and quality. Throughout the project, we keep you updated on progress and any adjustments.
After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We clean up the work area and provide any required documentation, such as disposal records or clearance reports.

Still Have Questions?

Tell us what you have discovered and what work you are planning. Our team will help identify the appropriate next step.

Asbestos cannot be reliably confirmed by appearance alone. If a material is suspected, avoid disturbing it and contact ACI to discuss the appropriate evaluation or testing steps before renovation, demolition or removal work begins.

Do not cut, sand, drill, break or otherwise disturb the material. Keep people away from the immediate area and contact ACI with details about the property, the material and any work that may have affected it.

We discuss the property, your concerns, available information and the work you are planning. Based on those details, ACI explains the recommended next step, which may include a site visit, further evaluation or project planning.

Yes. ACI supports residential and commercial property projects. The proposed approach is based on the affected area, access, property use, project scope and other site-specific requirements.

Project duration depends on the material involved, the size and condition of the affected area, access, containment needs and the approved scope. ACI provides scheduling information after the project has been evaluated.

Yes. In addition to asbestos-related work, ACI provides mold remediation and selective demolition services. Contact us with your project details so we can determine which service and next steps are appropriate.

ACI plans the work around the approved scope, site requirements and the needs of the property owner. Access, sequencing and scheduling expectations are reviewed before work begins.
